All of the jewelry in this collection is limited edition, small production cast pieces hand-crafted by Andrea Lucille Shin.

I start with wax and carve the shape using wax files and small dental tools. Once the shape is formed, its position in the overall design will determine how it will be linked to other pieces, or how it will hang, in the case of earrings. After the mechanics are worked out, textures are added, which may be the shape of a leaf, an eye, or a hammered appearance over the surface of the wax.  The pieces are then cast, cleaned, and soldered together, or earring posts added.

After setting stones and polishing, any pearls are set, and the piece is re-checked for proper fit and finish.
